Senior Supportive Living Accomodations

THIS PROGRAM IS FOR SENIORS LOOKING FOR AFFORDABLE SUPPORTIVE LIVING ACCOMMODATIONS

Applicants will be interviewed as part of the approval process. All applications are assessed based on the need for housing with priority for the next available suite going to the applicant in most need. Priority is given to seniors residing within Beaver County.

LODGE MISSION STATEMENT

To provide accommodation in a home like atmosphere for senior citizens, offering food services, daily aids to living in conjunction with other public service agencies, plus recreation and social activities which foster their continued involvement in family and community life.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Applicants applying for this program must be at least 65 years of age
Applicants must be able to live independently or with Personal Care Services assistance

RENTAL RATES

Rental rates for Lodges start at $1205 for a bachelor suite to $1765 for a one bedroom suite.
